"Lovely hotel in a great position by the Rhone. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The Club was a lovely touch with drinks and snacks available all the time. I would thoroughly recommend it as a place to stay"

"I was so disappointed with the property especially given the rate. The property is undergoing a refurb, had furniture and cables everywhere in the foyer, they were also painting and had a temporary check in desk. One lift wasn’t working, the door to our room got stuck each time and was very hard to open, the rooms themselves weren’t great - one big disappointment and certainly not worth the price! In addition on arrival we were told they were over booked and were looking to send us to a sister property! Wouldn’t stay here again it recommend it. "

"This is not a hotel! A room to sleep yes. There are zero amenities, room was like a closet: had to complain to get a bigger room. There is no gymnasium, lobby is not inviting. Neighborhood is lovely. Close to train station."
