Good, comfortable room. Good breakfast. Staff was helpful. My only recommendation is that I got repeatedly lost trying to find the location from the train station Part-Dieu...would be helpful if there was a map or specific directions how to get to the hotel from the train station (apologies if I missed it).
Had a great stay here. This is a good place to stay if you're on a tighter budget. Its close to the train station/rhonexpress which is a massive bonus! Getting to and from downtown Lyon on foot from here is easy. By transit, easy. By car, requires patience. I'd definitely stay here again especially if I have a 0700(am) flight. Very easy to catch the 0430am express train. Staff are nice too!
Small rooms but great spot! Good breakfast, offers many services (not included but still convenient). Location is a bit more industrial but still very close to everything.
Perfect hotel close to Part Dieu station! Walkable to vieux Lyon under 30min. Very friendly international (Canadian and Italian) and helpful staff! Would definitely recommend to stay.
Helpful and considerate staff, always going above board to help us

Good free breakfast, small but perfectly fine double room. Free pool table and pinball. Friendly staff. Great value. Would stay again. Lyon is a classy city with lovely people.
Small rooms but perfect for a single person. Clean and staff very helpful. Like having vinyl wood floors as very clean. Need some shelving for clothes and accessories. My daughter and I were surprised that the air conditioning for the room was not available until later in the month. The weather was unusually warm for the time of year but they gave us fans for our rooms which was helpful.

Nice stay
Very basic room and not much space- however booked on a budget so think acceptable. Clean room but walls in bathroom a bit grubby/ marked. The bed was very comfortable and clean. Like that we could open a window and nice view. We would go back as good location. Would have been helpful to have kettle in 5he room for morning hot drink.
Outstanding service from the ladies at the reception, small but very quiet room with great view of the Basilica, clean and functional, although probably a bit small for 2 people. Great breakfast with nice selection of french cheeses. There are some restaurants in the neighbourhood but pay attention to public holidays, because they will be closed. The restaurant on site unfortunately was not working during the 5 days I spent there and the food at Halles is really pricey. Water despenser at the hotel is a nice touch, didn't see any water fountains in Lyon. The review is based on the price/ value ratio. You get what you pay for. Would definitely stay again.
