Super great hotel for a city trip, lovely personal and the club concept with snacks and drinks 24/7 is really amazing. Good and fresh breakfast with some room for improvement for the space in the restaurant. All in all an amazing experience, thanks again for the great service

The location of the hotel in Lyon was very good. The hotel staff were professional, cordial and helpful. For the price paid, the room was a bit small. Most annoying was the AC in the room did not adequately cool the room. Sleeping was uncomfortable. Overall, average value for the price paid.

Nice hotel in great location. Super helpful and friendly staff. Room was small but very comfortable with nice view of the river. AC in room was barely capable of cooling room as it was very warm outside. Been staying here a few times over the years, and some minor maintenance work seems necessary for shall things here and there. A nicer gym would definitely be welcomed.

The hotel was well located close to Vieux Lyon. The views of the river were great. The rooms were well maintained and clean. The lounge access with the available snacks and drinks were a huge plus. We had a corner room which was spacious and had great views but located on a high floor where the sun warmed the room. In the summer, the AC was no match to the summer heat (it was in the 90’s F). We moved to a smaller room on a lower floor that was more comfortable. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel.

Had a last minute (literally) cancellation, and found this hotel as we touched down in Lyon. Great value for the money considering the excellent location of the hotel. Free snacks and drinks were a great bonus. Bathrooms are a bit odd, but clean! Air conditioning was good…but could be better in a heat wave. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, great experience - especially considering it was a last minute booking.

I was very happy with the accommodations, however, I did find the pillows and mattress a bit firm, but I appreciate that the hotel is eco friendly and uses natural fibers etc. I did find the room to be warm even with the AC running, but it wasn’t too bad. I also appreciate the water filling stations provided on each floor. I loved having a river view, even though from the 3rd floor it was primarily a view of the trees. Completely ok with me! I would certainly stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very kind. The location is incredibly convenient and the rooms are quiet and clean. The only complaint would be that the shower door leaked, but otherwise everything was perfect. The all day snacks and coffee in the bar area was appreciated. The breakfast was somewhat small but had everything you would need to start the day. I would stay here again for sure!
