"Huge property with strict security measures. Large breakfast selection and plenty of pool lounges. We loved the iceypole on arrival, in place of a standard welcome drink. Check in was for 3pm. We arrived just prior to 3pm, but could not access our room until 4pm, so sat around for an hour in the heat, waiting. Room was clean with free minibar and fruit basket, which was a lovely touch. "Great day spa facilities, choice of pools and quiet areas without children. Great location and restaurants were all fantastic with lots of variety of food. Very large busy resort so easy to get looked over so you need to get attention of staff but that is okay. A tour or map of the resort would have been helpful, you were shown your room and that was it. The bed was very very uncomfortable. We only stayed 4 nights and i wouldn't have been able to stay longer. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay "

"We enjoyed our stay but there were a few things could have been better. Our room service menu in the room was basic. We found out on the last night there was more we could pick from. The pool needed to be cleaned it was not clear which meant low is something. Pool bar was average. No real atmosphere as no music. Sun beams straight into bar at happy hour making bar hot. Our room cards kept needing to be reset. Happy with the location of our room and greatful for a 3 bedroom."
