The location of this hotel is excellent. It is in the old town, but please note that the facility is also "historical". The reception people are very kind. The reception booked a good taxi from the hotel to the airport. It was cheap. It cost only 32 zt without tip. while it cost 100 zt from the airport to the old town.」

「We had booked the Salve station, paid for & confirmed but a few hours before we checked in later that evening was called and emailed by Expedia that the place was overbooked and the property owners/mgmt company had another property threy could place us in. 「We stayed in "The Poet's" room on the first floor looking the street. Large, clean and comfortable room with antique furnitures. Extra-bet is good. There is also laundry service. All staff are really polite, friendly, helpful. We would stay here again. 」

「just got back from a stay in Krakow today and all I can say is I wished we had discovered these apartments years ago. from the staff who were just marvellous to the ideal location of the apartments and the fact that they were spotlessly clean. we travel to Krakow at least twice a year and have found most of the accommodation to be average at best ranging down to very poor. for the price I will defy anybody to find anywhere as good」

「This is the perfect apartment to stay if visiting Krakow. The location is perfect. On the edge of Planty looking at the castle. The park runs all the way around the square so it’s so accessible to get around. It’s very safe with the front being gated. The apartment itself is stunning and a very high standard finish. Everything you need is in there for your stay. Comfy beds, very clean and quiet. The communication with loft affair was also superb, I love krakow and I will definitely be staying...
