Randor hotel heritage was clean, spacious, and close to the train station (~6-7 minutes of walking) Check in was smooth and they kept my luggage when I checked out for over one day upon request, which was nice as I didn’t need to look for external luggage storage services. One thing I would note that there was a communication issue about luggage storage and staff came up in the morning of the check out day to my room thinking that they would pick up the luggage from me directly. While it was a nice gesture, I wasn’t prepared for the unexpected door knocking and I was getting ready.
Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Located across the street from the JR Sapporo Station and its shopping complex, it's a great base for Sapporo. The rapid train takes only 40-minutes from CTS airport. The hotel connects to the underground shopping/passageway all the way to Susukino.

"Emion is the best hotel I have ever stayed in Hokkaido, although the location is a bit far from JR Sapporo, about 8 minutes walk from the under pathway. The hotel is very clean and provides the best amenities. I will definitely stay here again if I come to Sapporo again. Highly recommended!"
