This is our second time staying here, and the experience remains just as impressive as the first. The consistency in quality is what keeps us coming back. The self-check-in process is seamless and makes arrival stress-free. We also really appreciate the full kitchen, which is well-equipped and perfect for preparing meals. It is also within walking distance to Aeon. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable stay.

Good location. Near to subway and walking distance to JR station. Opposite AEON mall and 24hr supermarket. Property is clean and comfortable. However room space is a bit small for 4 to 5 pax.

The accommodation was clean and had all the utilities you would need for a short or longer stay. We cooked most night so it was very handy having a cooker, full fridge, cooking appliance and utensils. They cleaned our room once for our long stay. Walking distance to town and to the train station. I would definitely stay again

Good place with highly recommend for families with kids. As itvhas enough space and provided with excellent kitchen and even all the utensils. Also the property is brand new and has self check in with keyless access. One issue would be the initial selfcheckin and we struggled with the reservation number which was the number omitting the initial 2 digits...and no info about it was prior informed!!!

This was the second time for us staying. Same type of room as last time. Kind of spacious room with a lot of convenient amenities like kitchen (basic), laundry possibilities etc. This is great for longer term stays with family and that was why we picked it this time as well. It is a bit outside the city center but the subway connection to Odori is quick so I do not feel that is such a problem. There are a lot of good restaurants in the area (especially to the JR station) so we never felt lacking. Good shopping possibilities for smaller items as well, but not as good as downtown Sapporo. Kotoni is a place where you stay for the night, not to tourist.

Google Maps confused this with the main hotel in the same area - this is the annex so people should pay attention to this detail. The room had every amenity we could have needed. Emphasis should be made that it checks all the boxes for what you could need during a trip - but that means that although the room compared to other hotels is large it is not spacious. The area offers a lot of services and restaurants so although it is not city-center you definitely do not lack the possibility to do late hour grocery shopping or making errands at 7-Eleven. We would definitely consider staying here again.

地下鉄の駅から徒歩すぐ、JRからも徒歩圏内で、 近くにドラッグストアやスーパー、コンビニもありとても便利でした！ チェックインも非対面、チェックアウトの煩わしさもなくとても良いと思います。 洗濯機は備え付けでしたが、欲を言えば浴室乾燥か乾燥機は置いてて欲しかったです。 雨の時は洗濯しても全然乾かない… 部屋干しでも、クーラーをつけているせいか、一晩では乾かずでした。

３日間の宿泊　広めの1LDKはとてもキレイで過ごしやすかったです。バスルームの脱衣所には洗濯機、キッチンには　ガスコンロ、魚焼きグリル、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、電気ケトル、食器、カラトリーセット、ナベも揃っています。 早朝から営業しているカフェ等はないのですが24時間営業のスーパーやコンビニがすぐ近くにあり、食材を買い調理できとても便利でした！

ちょっとした1LDKのアパートです。

無人でちょっとびっくりしますが、インターフォン対応があり問題ありませんでした。 風呂、トイレ、ベッド、流しなどは清潔。一部は使いませんでしたが、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、ガスレンジ、ヒーター、3人分の食器、液晶テレビなどあり、複数人での長期滞在も出来そう。ベッドは広いです。そして夜静かです。
