"The most beautiful and relaxing ryokan. We had a very wonderful experience and stay at this place. Staff were very attentive, helpful and professional service provided. They took care of everything from the time we drove into the parking until we left, without needing us to ask or worry. Kaiseki dinner and breakfast were immaculately presented and tasty. Everything was well organized and we were well taken care of. Thank you to all the staff. Highly recommend this place!"

"You can find pretty much everything expected from a traditional Japanese onsen hotel here: Both public and rental onsen, traditional Japanese cuisine which is delicious, friendly and helpful staffs and spacious room. The only downside is the hotel is located uphill, but they provide shuttle bus from the station upon reservation, which is nice."

"We stayed in a room with a private indoor and outdoor bath. We couldn't have asked for a more relaxing experience. Check in and check out were a breeze and all of the staff were wonderfully welcoming. Dinner and breakfast were delicious and the short walk into town allowed us to explore all of the charming shops and restaurants that Yufuin had to offer."
