"Overall, a pleasant stay in a modest, nicely-equipped self-catering apartment with good communication and information from the owner. Conveniently close to the Beppu station and main shops in a quiet street. The layout of the apartment is a little unusual, but not a problem. However, there is a 30cm-high step between the living/bedroom area and the kitchen/bathroom area, and this would definitely be a problem for anyone with mobility issues."

"チェックイン、足湯、ベットなど施設はとても良かった。 室内利用で思った事はお風呂とトイレが別で非常に良かったが扉の開閉で少し狭いと感じた もう一件、一番の難点は駐車場 これは仕方の無いことだが、ホテル前に4台は停める事が出来るが早い者勝ち 周辺は月極しかないので少し離れた場所のコインパーキングに停めなければならない。 おおよそ10分は歩くだろう"

"建物も新しくとても清潔でした。家族の滞在にはとてもよかったです。ただ、場所は大通りから少し入り込んだ場所で、一方通行なども多かったので、あらかじめ道を確認し近くの駐車場もチェックして行かれた方がいいと思います。"

"Great location close to Beppu Station. Lots of restaurant options around and an easy bus ride up to the hells of Beppu."

"The layout of the property is good, with laundry facilities! The down sides are: 1. No usb port; 2. The fire exit light is green and too bright at night that brighten the whole room. 3. The blinds are too light that didn’t block the sunlight. Wake up very early in the morning as the beds all face the windows."

"Remind the property manager to make sure that your room is clean by 16:00, check in time."

"Clean and you have all you need. Close to the station. Though a bit responsive but that didn’t mind us."

"The noise insulation is incredibly poor. We were able to hear every foot step from the unit above. Even worse, the people in the unit above decided the run around and blast music late into the evening/early morning, and since there is no one on site, the hotel can only message them. Of course, that message went unnoticed and we had trouble sleeping the two nights we stayed."
