Very friendly and helpful staffs. They help us with shuttles, bus, luggage storages…etc. Excellent service. Food is great. The hotel decoration is very nice. Our stay was a rainy night so we didn’t able to enjoy the outdoors. If not, it will be great space to enjoy the outdoor also.

Supreme Japanese hospitality. The amiable staff enjoyed every minute of my stay. It is a beautiful site to explore the area with fantastic nature and architecture around the hotel. Highly recommended.

The most amazing experience.

Located outside of Kobe, but just a few stops away by rail or subway. A nice quiet location with shopping and plenty of places to eat nearby. The evening sake tasting is must try. The staff are very helpful, all you have to do is ask. I’ll be returning in the next week and a half.

Great location with many restaurants, seas side and railway station within the vicinity. The room was very clean and aptly sized for single or couples ( with small suitcases) suitors . The WiFi is very good . The staff at the front desk and the breakfast area are very polite and friendly. The cafe area serves unlimited drinks thought out and also provides free afternoon tea with snacks . All in all , I highly recommend this hotel for single or couples.

New hotel right on the bay in northern Awaji. Rooms are wonderful - spacious with great shower & beds. Our room had a spectacular view! The lobby is very nice and welcoming. The staff speak reasonable English for those who do not speak Japanese. The beach at the hotel is nice and not crowded. The sand is pretty good but it gets a little rocky right at the edge in the water (not an issue at all). The Oriental Hotel was very comfortable and attractive with lovely views of the bay or mountains. The staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and overall very charming. The location is in the upscale shopping district and next door to a museum and attached to Barney's New York. The food was really quite good both in the restaurant and room service. Very chill neighborhood and a good location to get away for a couple of days. a lot of food options as well.

The best experience hands down. The staff was very accommodating and understanding of Foreigners and were willing to go out of their way to assist. A special thank you to Yamada for a fantastic experience!

All good as usual in this hotel

Very near to Sannomiya Station. Easy access to tourist attractions and plenty of places to dine. The room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast buffet was delicious with many options. Great choice for families.

Loved this property and onsen! After spending the last two weeks walking all over Tokyo this was a wonderful way to relax! Part of the onsen is outside and overlooks the water. The harbor and Chinatown make it a great area to explore.
