「When we arrived, the power was out all around the area. The power return continued to be delayed, which made accessing the room more difficult and showering with hot water impossible. The front desk ladies were AMAZING! They were running up and down the stairs to provide guests access to their rooms, and yet they continued to have a positive attitude. Overall, the hotel is what we paid for, a decent place to sleep near the event we were attending. It is in an area that feels safe and the hotel...

「Staff was polite. Location was a bit sketchy but inside was better. Room was not very clean, stains on bedding, towels and chairs. Thin walls and was hard to sleep due to everything happening in the halls all hours of the night.」

「Aside from being in the middle of Loveland it’s nice property. Great staff, check-in was easy and room comfortable. Breakfast was better than average. Easy to find just 4 miles from I-25.」

「The room was clean but hallways were in need of vacuuming. There was a fridge, microwave and hot plate but no coffee maker of any kind. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. 」
