"We’re coming since years to this property probably 2 time a year in this time was the first that we had no towels at all in the room and after calling front desk and he said he will send somebody up right away nothing happened and I went after 20 min to get them myself. On my way back I ment someone in the elevator who said they had no towels in their room as well when they arrived. I always recommend this hotel to friends so I hope this was a one time event."
