"China (Cheena) looked after us so well. She did everything, cooking , cleaning, driving us to ski resort. Our train was cancelled and they came to pick us up at Bandai Altima at a cost which was terrific. There actually is a bus from Koriyama to the Ski Resort however the bus station seemed unable to tell us that. It would have been good information from Reitopia also. "大人家族３人で宿泊しました。お部屋はとても広く清潔で快適でした。お食事も朝、夕食共に地元のお料理がたくさん盛り込まれていて楽しくとても美味しかったです。 大浴場や洗面も広めな作りで使いやすかったです。お部屋の露天風呂が眺めはとても良いのですが小さめだったのが少し残念でした。あと、松島閣はお部屋の名前とは知らずに、お宿の名前と思ってしまい、かなり道に迷ってしまいました。"

"地下と屋上にお風呂がありますが、どちらも洗い場が狭く、お風呂自体もあまり広くないため、ゆっくり浸かることができませんでした。 食事はソースカツでしたが、冷凍食品なのかと思うほど味がなく、正直おすすめできません。 施設自体はモダンな雰囲気にリニューアルされたようですが、部屋は改装されていないようで、カビのような臭いが気になりました。また、ダニなのか分かりませんが、虫に刺されたような症状もあり、快適に過ごすことができませんでした。 全体的に良いと思えるところがなく、正直なところ、もう予約することはないと思います。"
