"China (Cheena) looked after us so well. She did everything, cooking , cleaning, driving us to ski resort. Our train was cancelled and they came to pick us up at Bandai Altima at a cost which was terrific. There actually is a bus from Koriyama to the Ski Resort however the bus station seemed unable to tell us that. It would have been good information from Reitopia also. "部屋は清潔で、スペースも思ったより広かったです。大浴場に行ったのですが、思ったより狭く、洗い場も２人？か３人？分くらいしかありませんでした。このご時世、女性も多く利用すると思うのですが、期待して行くと、洗い場がいっぱいで入れない・・・ということになるのでは、とちょっと心配になりました。"

"Location is a little far from the station, 25 win walk, but it had a (small) onsen. Hotel site says there is a convenience store ten minutes away, but there’s actually a large supermarket right next to the hotel and open till 10pm."

"Really great spot, staff was wonderful and the complimentary breakfast and dinners were great, the Onsen was nice and relaxing, make sure you bring cash if you want to explore town because none of the buses accept IC cards"
