"China (Cheena) looked after us so well. She did everything, cooking , cleaning, driving us to ski resort. Our train was cancelled and they came to pick us up at Bandai Altima at a cost which was terrific. "3回目の宿泊です！今回は宿泊だけでなく、食事やサウナも楽しみに訪れました。サウナは事前予約必要とのことです。今回は観光というよりかは、宿やその周辺でゆっくり過ごすこと自体を目的。七ツ家で食事を通じて磐梯を感じて、特に特製の塩麹からあげが美味しかったです。あと、サウナでくつろいだりと、自分たちのペースで充実した時間を過ごせました。オーナーは色々地域の観光や情報を知ることもでき、宿泊前よりも磐梯・会津に興味が湧きました。地域とのつながりもできたことも魅力だと思います。次回も連泊して冬の滞在を楽しむ予定です！"

This resort has an amazing location with a gorgeous view of Lake Hibara and Mt. Bandai, and the Five Colored Ponds. Their staff members are very formal and friendly and has a great restaurant buffet. The rooms and building itself are in okay condition with some scuffs and stains, but overall an excellent place with a very unique gift store with great items like food, snacks, and gifts.
