We enjoyed our short stay. The buffet was convenient with many options for my picky eater kids. And a nice view of the lake. There were many activities on site that we wish we stayed longer to enjoy. Hopefully next time❤️

Not worth time or maybe ney but veiw excellent.

This was absolutely one of the worst trips I have ever done. Hotels.com help contribute to this. Not so great experience. Both the hotels.com and the resorts websites provided false information. The conditions were so bad that I landed up leaving a day early. I had to take someone to the hospital due to the dirtiness. I did not get refunded and I was actually charged more than what was expected. The location was great and the staff was great but they were unforgiving when it came to providing a refund or understanding the situation. Do not recommend this place unless you don't mind old worn down overcharged definitely not a two-star hotel resorts. One note you will have to pay for everything even if it says all exclusive.

Over priced, awful, never again!

Long queue at checkin. Informed only breakfast option was 7am. Room grubby, carpet had suspicious brown stains & cigarette burns, horrible beige caravan style bathroom. Promised view of lake which was miles away & obstructed by large roof in front of our window. All but 2 of the restaurants & bars were closed without prior warning. We were turned away from half empty restaurant as we did not have a booking, we were left with a pot noodle from hotel souvenir shop for dinner but no cutlery so had to use ice tongues in room to eat. Woken at 8am by cleaner trying to get in our room & also a call from reception! This all for the huge cost of £350 for one night, no food, no view & nothing around hotel

子供達は初めてのゲレンデ隣接ホテルでの宿泊になりました。 ホテル内のプールなどスキー場以外での楽しみもありみなとても満足していました！ 希望としてはキッズパークの料金がもう少し安くなるといいかなと思いました。

息子の誕生日旅行で宿泊しました。 料金追加でプールにも入りました！ たまたまかもしれませんが、あんなに大きなホテルだったのにプール貸し切り！サイコーでした！ 客室は新しくはありませんが、広々としていて綺麗でした。温泉は1階と2階に分かれており、出入り口も２つあったり…。息子は、迷路みたいと楽しんでおりました。 温泉が少し塩素のにおいがしたのが気になりました。大きいホテルだから仕方がないのかな？ 食事は朝、夕とバイキング！種類も豊富でとても美味しかったです。 大きいホテルなので、仕方ないとは思いますが、チェックインする時にしばらく並びました。受付の方も次々と出てきて対応してくださってはいましたが、それでも長蛇の列が…。 逆にチェックアウトは空いている時間を自分で選んで早めにできたのでよかったです。 息子はとても気に入ったようで、また行きたい！と宿泊から数ヶ月経った今でも言っております。また是非利用したいです。
