「The property is excellent value for money. An entire apartment. The host contacted me the day before checkin to ask how I was arriving and at what time, they then sent me a link on google maps as they knew I was driving. We were welcomed and shown around our apartments. The host rang a taxi for us when we asked and has been incredibly friendly and helpful. The apartment is spotlessly clean with everything inside we could possibly need, washing machine, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, plates,...

「Perfect house for a family. Very nice neighborhood.」

「We were dead set on staying in a machiya while in Kyoto, and Takeya Bekkan did not disappoint! It was absolutely beautiful, so relaxing, and Kazuya was a great host and easy to get in touch with. There were a few different bus stops very close to the machiya, and we were easily able to get everywhere we wanted to go. We would absolutely stay here again on a future visit to Kyoto.」
