「室内の清掃も行き届いており、何よりもロケーションが静かで非常に快適に過ごせました。 市内までもタクシーで15分ほどと、アクセスも良いです。フロントの方々が皆フレンドリー、親切で何でも相談できてよかったです。すべてのお願いを聞いていただきました。（タクシーの予約・手配、値段交渉。持ち込みビールを開けるための栓抜きの貸し出し…１時間のチェックアウト延長を無料で実施など） ルワンダという国もとても美しく素晴らしい国でした。また滞在の際は、こちらに宿泊したいと思います。」

「Generally nothing so special to write home about this place. The apartments are rather noisy at night as they are close to the main road so the first couple of days were a bit uncomfortable. Frequent power outages and the stand-by generator was usually turned on 5 - 10 minutes later. For the amount of money paid, the services aren't as good.」

「Helpful staff, the bedsheets needs whitening; It doesn’t look clean. The reading table needs a reading light, the room is not bright enough and the more so for reading/working 」
