「Waking up to the views of Lake Kivu were amazing the food and the staff were fantastic! Margret and her team were very friendly, attentive and catered to our needs. The rooms are exactly as shown in the pictures.online. Can’t wait to go back- Would highly recommend .」

「This was a fantastic place to stay the staff was great very attentive. The location was great close to amenities and quiet. The one complaint I would have is the breakfast was okay and the menu very limited, but overall I will be staying many more times.」

「The property is strategically located in the heart of the city and accessible. It is quiet, clean and safe. The only drawback is that there is no elevator, access to the higher floors is quite a challenge. 」

"食堂からの景色は最高です。 8部屋よやくしましたが、部屋は何かが欠落してる。僕の部屋はシャワーとカランの切り替えが壊れてた。他の部屋は冷蔵庫が壊れてたり、窓が閉まらなかったり。それはルワンダならではのご愛嬌と言えなくもないが。三階の部屋だったが実質は4階で、登り降りが大変だった。健脚向けの宿。朝食もまずまず、レストランの食事も安くて美味しい。また泊まるかと言われたら、機会があれば泊まりたい宿。"
