I was ushered to checkout of the hotel at 1:30am due to logistical issues the hotel has with Expedia. They said they had no relationship with Expedia and could not receive the monies I had already paid. They tried then to make me pay twice rather than discuss with Expedia, who have their hotel on their platform. It was an awful...
