「This is our 2nd stay at the Avalon and we would highly recommend it for families. The condos are spacious and have all of the amenities you would ever need. Great location on the beach and a short walk to all of the bars/restaurants, pier 60 and more attractions. 」

「We really enjoyed our stay at the condo- it was clean, well-equipped, and a very convenient location. The only downside was the 3 temperature/humidity control units in the condo... I found them pretty noisy and they would wake me up when they switched on and off automatically. I could find no way to shut them off. 」

「While our stay started off rough with flight delays and more leading to a 6am “late”arrival & profound travel fatigue, we found the condo to be welcoming and comfortable. The shared deck/balcony and construction taking place on the property was difficult for my husband with dementia to understand. 「Everything was great. The only issues we had were they put the wrong pass code for the gate entry. We, also, needed some kleenex and we found the towels in the dryer. The main shower was great and the condo was huge. Great location, walking distance to everything. Thanks Carlo」

「Liked the pool bar/restaurant. Menu was limited but food was reasonabky priced and good. Great view from room. Disappointed that you couldn't go in water at beach. Beautiful sunsets and enjoyed the fire pit and tiki torches. The gym equipment was disappointing. They played good music at the pool. Nice selection of things at little shop but did not have charcoal to use the grills.」
