「The Hot tub wasn’t up to par but it’s understandable because of the unexpected cool weather.I just rated lower about the communication with the staff/manager or on call staff because of them referring to the word “ Read” to me as if I couldn’t read.I just think that now days when people are just using written communication; verses speaking directly to potential residents is uncomfortable because all though it’s good to have documentation for reasons we are all sure of; I; however; like to be...
