「So disappointed in the service here. Staff were not well trained - did not listen - were unwilling to assist. Our room was not made up daily - even though we asked. Food was sparse and was not anywhere close to what was expected based on our research. The fact that we had to pay for our food when we used room service - was insane. This is an All Inclusive after all. Would NOT recommend」

「Breakfast fresh sea view from room staff excellent hospitality 」

「Great Resort with Excellent Staff, but Room for Improvement Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at Diamonds Malindi. The resort is beautiful, well maintained, and offers a relaxing atmosphere. I stayed in a Junior Suite, which was spacious, comfortable, and nicely furnished. One of the highlights of my stay was the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and attentive.

「Beautiful great staff good food. Relaxing. Loved the India Ocean」

「The say was beautiful, the staff was friendly and helpful and the property was clean. One surprise was that almost all guests where Italian and the food selection at breakfast wasn’t too much. But overall I’ll give it. 9 out of 10」

「I messaged the property to inform them that I was going to arrive very late on Christmas Eve . That is when I got a shock of my life when they told me that they did not have any booking for me. I had booked and paid for a room for 2 nights many months ago ! What a shame !!!!! You spoiled my Christmas!」

「The hotel is located in a very nice location in Diani Beach. The beach is very clean and well maintained. There were activities every night. The rooms were large and clean with all amenities. Staff were excellent and the food (all inclusive) was superb. I would stay there again on my next visit.」

「I liked the activities for kids the table tennis, pool and also the night shows included fun activities for little kids that was a bonus for me」
