「Super clean and comfortable room. Excellent bathroom/shower and amenities. The breakfast was perfect….good quality, loads of premium choices. The owners and staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Clearly they know their stuff and we can absolutely recommend. Thank you. 」

「Welcoming and friendly reception with time given to explaining the guesthouse facilities etc. Spotlessly clean room and shower room. Spacious bedroom with walk-in wardrobe for storage. Warm and comfortable. Quality bedlinen. Tea making facilities in room as well as access to guest kitchen for preparing food if required. Delicious breakfast preordered beautifully presented. Good WiFi. Quite simply nothing was too much trouble for Natalie who demonstrates quite clearly that she loves her running...

「We had a lovely stay at Grosvenor Villa. Richard greeted us at the door and gave us a little bit of history on the property. The room was lovely and clean with nice complimentaries stocked. The villa was about a 30 minute was to the centre, but the walk was lovely along the canal. The breakfast had a good amount of options and Richard happily made us toast and porridge if we wanted it. I would 100% recommend.」

Good choice of fruit and cereals, also the cooked breakfast was just right and very hot out the kitchen. Nice to have a little lounge area and self service mini bar. Which we will make more of on our next visit.」
