「Love the facilities: Swimming pool, kids park, and its convenient coz in the same building there are convenient store, grocer and diners. Didnt like the part that we need to clear thrash to the refuse area ourselves, although i really dont mind cleaning the dishes and cutleries used at all. Didnt like the part that there was only one small trash bucket and it was hidden in the kitchen and there was no spare thrash bag. We were expecting a sofa bed and there was only a bench, and not big enough...
「Property double booked us. Didn’t get in touch even though contacted via email. Said I should have WhatsApp’d. Had to relocate us to a different apparent building 6km away which was a 1 bedroom, original apartment had 2 bedrooms and still charged us to have it cleaned early to check in. 」
"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were kind and tried their best to understand my limited English. They were very helpful throughout my stay.
The security guards and porters were always friendly and welcoming. I was traveling with a young child in a stroller, and one guard kindly suggested we wait in the lobby instead of outside for our Grab ride, since it was hot. Their thoughtfulness really stood out.
The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with kitchen utensils. The shower pressure was good, and the toilet was spotless. I also liked the convenient garbage chute on the same floor.
Getting around was easy—Pavilion and Lot 10 were just a short Grab ride away, and KLCC Park was within walking distance.
There were no nearby convenience stores or supermarkets that I could find, so getting water and food was a bit tricky. However, GrabFood deliveries worked well, even if they took about an hour.
A deposit was required at check-in, but it was returned without issue at check-out. I recommend paying in cash, as refunds are processed immediately. While I didn’t use much cash in Malaysia, it’s a good idea to withdraw some at the airport—don’t forget small bills for tips!
I’d definitely choose this hotel again for future trips to Malaysia."
