"We stayed here 2 nights. Accessing property was easy. The cottage was pretty clean and equipped with tons of upto date amenities for a relaxed stay. Wish there was more supply of coffee and paper towels. Also, living room could use a bit more lighting. Would love to come here again."

The grandchildren had fun exploring the property finding the games and toys. Principal rooms are large; appointments make it luxurious; the beds were comfortable, the appliances, utensils, plates and glasses were used. It was the perfect venue to complete an emotional day. "Brand new, with spacious great room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. This home is clean, nicely furnished, and stocked with all you need to cook, dine, and relax. We were able to bring our small, 7 lb dog and he slept well in his crate and went outside on his leash. Back deck and fence are not yet completed. Quiet neighborhood is a short drive to shopping or the beautiful beachside boardwalk. Homeowner responded primptly to enquiries."

"Because this property uses the same system for the 2 units the owner controls the heating and cooling system. We were in the lower apartment and were freezing cold. As seniors we feel the cold and therefore would not have rented this property had we known. It may be fine for younger people but my husband found it so cold he couldn't sleep and we cut our stay short rather than endure the very uncomfortable temperatures. "beautiful cottage we had a very good time everything was as describe we did the best choice in booking in this cottage! Worth to drive for about hour & half from Newmarket Ontario . Beautiful water view. Everything you're looking for nature feeling is in this cottage. A place to get away from city living. Price is fair enough. Highly recommended.
