"The property was great. Friendly staff, great location and great amenities. I would stay there again."

"Great city view from the balcony. Kitchen was well stocked-we cooked 2 dinners in it. Location was nice, in a neighborhood away from the downtown. Owner is great and very helpful. It was nice to have all the space after traveling for several weeks. Very homey."

"Great location near to everything and place had everything we needed and was clean and tidy"

"Excellent stay!"

"Liked having washing machine, but I can read Japanese. Appliances (bath tub, air con, washer) might prove baffling if you can't read Japanese"

"Stayed at Ben’s guesthouse for 3 days and two night. The washer and dryer was a really good addition, the space was clean and it was nice to have amenities like the kitchen. It was fairly a decent size for three people but the only struggle was the four flight of stairs but besides that I had a wonderful stay!"

"Amazing location and staff was accommodating and pleasant to deal with. Would come back again"

"Heat location, clean, friendly staff, laundry on site a plus Lovely stay"

"Amazing size, nice property. Had some issues with hot water but the host was helpful."

"Very spacious rooms, the beds were very comfortable! Extremely clean."

"Excellent staff and very nice room. Would recommend and stay again."

"It was nice but a little on the smaller side. The front desk people were very nice and tried there best to help."

"Great location. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were super nice. Would stay again."

"Staying at the Minn Karasuma Gojo Kyoto Station, was one of the best parts of our trip. The location was convenient to Kyoto Station, there were lots of coffee shops around and the only a short walk to a grocery store. The accommodations had everything we needed, plates, cups, glasses, cookware and a washer/dryer with detergent. It was super clean and quiet, with plenty of space for our family to stretch out and not be on top of each other. Would definitely stay there again."
