"Great staff, excellent view, very close to the subway and Osaka Castle. Had no trouble getting around, and surprisingly there was a lot of restaurants in the area in case you didn’t want to travel far."

"Great location. We were able to walk to Dotonbori/Ibisu area in about 10 minutes. We frequently used the 7-Eleven on the 4th floor. The laundry room was convenient but busy. We had corner rooms on a high floor and the views were great. We also loved the JR Namba Station/OCAT building just out the back of the hotel which has a grocery store in the basement as well as many shops and restaurants throughout the building. The hotel was in great shape and clean."

"Nice, quiet hotel with comfortable beds. Room is small as expected for a standard double in Japan but plenty of space for 2 people with 2 carryons, backpacks, and 1 large luggage. Some small inprovements could be made on cleanliness (walls and bathroom) but overall no major issues. We would stay here again as the location of excellent!"
