「Great location as we didn't want to get a rental car, nicely equipped, it is convenient to restaurants and breweries, a short uber to major stores and airport. This place is 2 minor upgrades from being PERFECT! I did get a little warm in the living room so an AC in the living room and remove the tree (as pretty as it is) it blocks an incredible view from the sofa. 」

「Location, Location, Location and hands down, you can not beat this location and the spectacular view. This condo has everything you need and is tastefully decorated with a fully stocked kitchen. After booking, you are given wonderful resources about the area and best places to go for island activities. Luke is a good and responsive host! 」

「Condo was well equipped with everything we needed. The property is well kept, the grounds are beautiful. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance of the Condo. Very Happy we chose to stay here.」

「If this place is available, book it. Was perfect for my girlfriend and I and my 3 adult children 18-24. We stayed in master, the girls stayed in the loft with own bathroom, and my son slept on pull out bed. Was a bit stuffy when we first arrived, but was perfectly comfortable once we opened it up. So nice to hear the waves at night, we all slept great. Everything was exactly as pictured and Lanai was amazing, with great view of sunrises. Tommy Bahama beach chairs were greatly appreciated. ...

「While the property is a little older, it is well maintained. The location was great for us- close to two beaches, a convenience store, restaurants, and the amazing Nepali Brewery. The view of the ocean is amazing. We woke up each morning and watched waves, surfers, and fishermen. 」

「This was a great location and lovely condo with room for our family. They had provided some nice snacks and drinks which was wonderful and the extra niceties like the boogie boards, snorkel sets, cooler, umbrellas, etc were great adds. So wonderful. It was unbelievably hot, even with the swamp coolers and fans. There were swamp coolers in each bedroom so those rooms cooled off but the living room was uncomfortably hot. Luckily it was nice outdoors and this place had a small patio we could hang...

「Our stay at David's was wonderful. There was a leak in the AC when we first turned it on due to the drastic temperature change, but David immediately called and he and his daughter came by 30 minutes later to install a drip catcher panel. Shampoo/conditioner/soap all provided, as well as some dishware. Location was great, right across the street from Safeway and Wailua shave ice. Would stay here again!」

「This is our second stay at this amazing condo! We love ground floor location and close proximity to parking lot and very close to the pool! From the moment you walk through the front door your breath is taken away! Beautiful ocean view! We cooked in the condo more this time because you can’t beat the view from the lanai! You can hear the ocean and feel the breeze throughout the entire condo. It’s a short walk to the Coconut Marketplace and several great restaurants. Very highly recommend...

「Great location in Kapaa within walking distance of Coconut Market as well as several dining options. View was incredible with beach access within a few steps of the condo. Beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler were very useful for beach days. AC in bedrooms was nice to escape the heat, main living areas do get warm but manageable. Overall would recommend.」

「We had the BEST time. The accommodations were spot on and the management company was very attentive. We loved that this was a small condo complex so it felt very private and was quiet. The condo was also very conveniently located to see the entire island. We will definitely be back! 」

「Property was perfect for our family of 5. Had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves, loved walking down to the beach easily. The rooster noise did not bother us at all, white noise blocked it all out just fine. I am glad we brought our own beach towels for the beqch, the ones provided were perfect for the pool. 」

"スタッフの対応が日本での対応のように丁寧で、掃除も行き届いており、ビーチに面していること(子供用の岩に囲まれたビーチもあること)、他所へのアクセスがよいこと、歌手による歌がほぼ一日中聴けること、ホテルの格は中程度であるものの、全体のバランスが高いレベルでとれており、非の打ち所がないという感じでした。7泊8日、とてものんびりと過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。"
