気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
After paying online, they charged me forcefully Rs 60. Initially they provided rooms. In that room, shower is not working. After that they changed the room for us. But in those rooms, water was getting stored in the washroom, not clean properly. Very unhygienic to stay there with family and ladies.
First day they provided complimentary breakfast. But next day they denied to provide breakfast to us. Staff persons are good, but facilities are not good at all. Not worth $50 to pay for such kind of room for 2 days. No hot water in shower. They provided water in the used bottles. Very unhygienic to stay there, very poor quality of room. If possible please try to refund me some amount. Its my request being a customer for last 4 years.
