"We originally booked this location, but then actually stayed at a different place. From what I can tell, the place we stayed at was just as nice. There were 8 adults and 3 children, and it was perfect for the 5 bedroom house. Having a pool was awesome. The location was in a working class neighborhood so the rental was def the nicest house there, which is prob why it was gated and had so many security cameras. Checkin was super easy, and the property manager dropped off some delicious pastries...

There was a hiccup with check in as they had changed the codes on the doors and didn't let us know about it a head of time. We didn't have to wait long and we were able to get the correct codes. We had an issue with the hot tub. It was super gross. The maintenance company for the property did not do their job. My husband spent over 2 hours cleaning it so we could use it. "This was our first time in Honolulu. I did quite a bit research before booking. We wanted to be on the beach, we wanted a decent and clean room, we didn’t want to be around children and be close to things. Sheraton Waikiki exceeded all of our expectations. I would stay here again and again. The infinity pool is for adults only so you can get away from the children. The hotel is newly renovated and super clean. The ocean front rooms have unbelievable views. The customer service is absolutely amazing. Close to anything you need. They truly beat vacation ever. "
