"One of the cleanest and nicest hotels I been in Japan and it’s been my second time, the staff were really patient and helpful with my check in and when I was there, not to mention they had free skin care too? Also what I liked about the hotel was that they had events happening throughout the month and I was lucky enough to be in a week where there was loads of events happening! Highly recommended for anyone wishing to stay in Osaka. I shall be back!"

"Fantastic stay here! Everything was fantastic, the room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. The shower was maybe the best shower I’ve ever used, the pressure and temperature was amazing!! Well located, breakfast was very tasty, the on site bakery was a big plus too. Would highly recommend!"

"We had a very nice stay here, clean and tidy room, well located hotel. Only criticism would be that the bathroom felt dated compared to the rest of the hotel/room and could do with a refresh. Staff very helpful and fixed an issue we had with the shower straight away, everyone very helpful!"

"Great location and space. Was easy to go sightseeing from this area and lovely to get back to a clean fully stocked room. The sentó was a nice way to start or end our days. Loved the inter hotel luggage delivery and would definitely stay again."
