"Clean room, nice bathroom"

"Room was clean and bed was comfortable, however there is a coffee machine in the room but we were only ever provided with one coffee pod between the two of us for our 4 night stay. This was never replenished which I find very poor for a hotel of this standard. I tried contacting their digital concierge “Watson” and never got a response. I tried calling the front desk and got no answer. Also the used disposable coffee cups we used on our first morning were never replaced or removed by house keeping. We went to use the gym and found that it is very small and limited. The hotel advertises peloton bikes but does not provide guests with a log in so if you don’t have one you can’t use them, this seems ridiculous. We didn’t use the gym in the end as it was busy (there were around 5 people in there) and we couldn’t get to use anything (except the peloton bikes which clearly no one can use). I am from the uk so my expectations may be different to those of Americans but I would expect to be able to make a coffee each morning in my room when staying in a decent hotel. I was disappointed with aspects of this hotel, the in room amenities not being replenished and the gym were still particularly poor. We ate breakfast at the hotel on one day and I had some poached eggs which were very very underdone. They did make some more but I feel things like this are basic for a decent quality hotel. "

"Just disappointed in the communication. We were waiting for a call that our room was ready from the desk and decided to check in on it. The woman there wasn’t aware she was supposed to contact us. Continue waiting till 4 and another employee remarked to another guest that the rooms have been ready and they didn’t need to wait. "

"The staff were exceptionally helpful; excellent customer service. The housekeeping was outstanding; everyday our room was cleaned; beds made; replaced towels and wash clothes daily without making a request. The overall stay was five stars. We will stay there again."
