"Room was a little bit smaller than the other location I stayed in my previous trip. However, this location was very convenient for the business that brought me to New Orleans. The staff were friendly, public areas and rooms were clean but what I enjoyed most was the delicious breakfast. I have been in different hotels brands in some few states but your food had so much flavor even if it’s similar breakfast style serve in other places. "
"Our experience at ES Sonesta was nothing short of amazing. From checking in to a room upgrade offer the trip only got even better. We were always greeted by Ken who began to feel like a friend with his check ins and restaurant recommendations. The grounds were well kept. The pool, basketball court and little lizards scurrying around were perfection. Breakfast was not only tasty but plentiful and served from the food line by staff. Although the valet was pricey, there was a lot behind the building for just $14 a day! We will definitely use this branding of hotels again due to our wonderful stay!"
