「One of the things that needs to be addressed is adequate lighting at the entrance of the rooms. I also believe there needs to be more attention and responsiveness when problems or unexpected situations occur on the property. For example, Saturday there was a power outage caused by an electrical cable that broke and fell on top of my car, causing several burn marks on the windshield.
