「Excelente hotel, hermoso y limpio」

「The room and facility is good. But the guest service is quite poor, especially front desk staff. In fact, my deposit is not refunded yet although I checked out 3 days ago Oct.5. 」

「The bed sheets were not changed from the previous person who stayed. It was the worst feeling ever.」

「Had a great stay! New hotel excellent service all round. Near to the new Shanghai Grand Opera House. Gigisel, the young lady at reception is very helpful and professional.」
