"Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was the only disappointing part of the stay. Eggs were empty for a very long time despite asking for them to be refilled. The other breakfast food that was supposed to be warm, was cold. We frequently stay at Hampton Inns because they are consistently good, except for this stay."

The parking garage was full and we had to find street parking which was difficult when you’re not familiar with the area. Especially on a Saturday night. Other than that everything was fine. The lobby is gorgeous, and then you get to your room and the carpet is stained, the paper is peeling off the walls, and there were tiny holes in the sheets. My refrigerator didn’t even work. "Check in was terrible. We were there 90 minutes AFTER our scheduled check-in time of 4:00 and still had to wait 30 for a room to be cleaned and available. The attitude of the staff towards us was awful. They acted like we were in the wrong for wanting to check in and just kept giving the excuse of lots of late check-outs. Perhaps they shouldn’t allow so many late check outs if they know they have bookings coming in. I will never stay there again and would advise others to stay somewhere else. "
