The employees were nice and helpful at front desk. However cleaning staff never made bed or changed sheets during my 6 night stay.The rooms have been updated but the carpets in the hallways are worn and dirty.The orice was good compared to other hotels in the area which I appreciated.

This property was not very well taken care. Service at the desk was disrespectful and not very good hospitality. The rooms were all extremely dirty and looked and smelled as though that had not been cleaned before we checked in. Front desk employee was ver disrespectful.

A pretty average hotel, everything was as expected. It's the closest place to Riverbend Music Center so we stay here when attending concerts there.

It was a decent enough place for a one night stay. Clean, which is important. But all of the vending machines were completely empty and I was thirsty. Also, there was never anyone readily available at the front desk, and the receptionist who arrived was less than friendly, although not rude. Also the toaster didn't work well and the orange juice tasted terrible. Wouldn't want to make it an extended stay

The front desk clerk was quite rude. He commented about my Drivers License picture not looking like my face. Saying the person in the ID pic was a lot younger than myself. He commented on why I was using a specific type of card, stating that he doesn’t usually see those cards being used there. The room smelled strongly of mildew. The curtains were torn and stained. The bathroom was dirty. When we asked for an extra pillow, he told us that they don’t do that. When my husband asked for a paper coffee cup at 5:00am, he was told that breakfast doesn’t start until 7:00 am. And they will put more cups out at that time. Even though there was fresh coffee available, just no more cups in the lobby area, and was advertised in the hotel details on both Expedia as well as their own website. The pool had an out of order sign on the door, “closed for painting”, even though their website and Expedia stated the pool would be open by July 19th. We checked in on July 25th.

Incorrect bed size, ( full size, not a Queen size). even thought it said that the pool would be fixed, it wasn’t. ( reason why we picked it the first place, kids were disappointed and so were we). Had to switch a room because of the condition of the room. Air conditioner started to leak. Glad I brought my own soap, because the soap you guys set out wasn’t enough for a Baby doll. There were no towels in the bathroom. Keys were messing up. ( had to keep on swiping them to get them to work). Overall, I probably wouldn’t go there again. The best thing about it was the guy in the kitchen, he was GREAT. Handled everything with a smile and patience. Also the location of the place was good.

We are still out at 9 with a 5 year old and will only be going back to sleep because we have no other choice for the night. Very very disappointed with the cleanliness. We have pictures of stains on the bed, hairs on the toilet and beds. Dirty finger prints everywhere and it smells horrible.

The amidites that were mentioned on their website were a farse - misleading. The carpets were dirty and mildew smelling. No swimming pool as advertised, no iron, no blow dryer, no ice bucket. The cable tv was horrible. I only took photos of friends in our room. I was embarred to have them see this, but it was too late, because we had invited them site unseen. I was surprised, because most of the Comfort Inn and Suites are very nice. That is why I took a chance and booked the room unseen. Lesson learned. I did not know that there would be this opportunity to give feed back on the stay. Please take this hotel off your list.

When we checked in the lobby was very smelly, the flooors in the hallways and lobby were vet dirty and looked like they had not been swept in a while. They gave us towels for our room at check in because they were short staffed and there were none in our room. Once we were in our room it was very HOT because the AC was not on and the room smelled very stagnant. The floors in our room were very dirty and there was an eyelash stuck on our nightstand. It looked like someone changed the bedding and then left. I would never book here again.

In the bathroom shower there was water stains. In the pull out bed there was a medical glove, q-tip and there were no additional blankets/sheets for the pull out bed, but because of its condition everyone slept on the one bed.

WORST STAY! DIRTY!

It was dark when I arrived. I mistakenly only turned on 1 sm lamp. I started to pull my things out of the suitcase, but then decided to finish unpacking the next morning d/t being exhausted. I went to grab the bucket for ice and it was very DIRTY! I go to the front to req a new one, she said they're locked up in maint and hands me a trash bag to use. I just went to bed. I woke up to a disgusting room. The shower, still had DIRT in it w dirty hand prints and possible leg marks from where it was on the sides, foot prints in the stall w dirty sliding stall doors, with an already opened bar of soap that sat on top the shower stall. The ceiling started leaking above the shower head when I turned it on, ended up going halfway across the shower stall after Incleaned it then showered, luckily it didnt cave in because it was a LOT of water, not a few drips. Then, TOENAIL CLIPPINGS all over the bathroom floor, SHREDDED CHEESE strands all inside the drawers, the microwave looked like someone had exploded 10 bowls of something in it. It was VERY obvious it hadn't been cleaned. At least they changed the bed linen I guess.The woman at the front had a bad attitude but I remained polite and started to tell her that the room was very dirty and as I attempted to go into detail, she cut me off saying "ok" very short like, stopped trying to explain and said im canceling tonight and going else where bc of it. I then her the key cards, She says ok, youre all checked out. She didnt care at all.

Front desk staff was rude, Management was even worse. The room has been redone and found it comfortable and clean. They were very sloppy when they painted so the bathroom looks terrible but clean.

Crappy Customer Service - won't stay again

Check in pricess took at least 25 min, and the whole time the service agent looked at me with no smile, not a friendly word, no greeting, no thank you, nothing. Felt like checking in with Norman Bates. I have used this hotel several times over the years, but this was the last. I won't be back.
