Well the first room that they put us in was dirty and the bad the springs were poking out of the mattress. So next day we got another room was clean and fine. But that first night I cannot believe that they put a person in a room that nasty.

The clerk was on the phone when I came to check in and I had to stand there for quite a while before he was able to assist. He was pleasant and polite. Once we checked in we were given no direction to our room and it took a bit to figure out where it was. The walk way was full of trash and smelled of urine. I booked a non smoking room, but once we got in side, it reeked of cigarette smoke. The room was shabby, dirty, and the bedding was stained and dirty. The smoke detector was beeping and the heat barely worked. We ended up leaving after 10 minutes. That red roof is nasty.

Too outdated

Staff was super friendly! However, when we got into our room, the heat was set at 80, and the bed was so uncomfortable we ended up checking out at 5am. As soon as I laid in the bed, the springs went straight in my back. Shower would only work on ice cold or blistering hot. It was a good hotel to sleep for a couple hours, wouldn’t stay again.

My room was dirty. The shower curtain looked like it hadn't been changed in over a year and had crusty red fungi clinging to it. The bathroom too was overall hard to believe in terms of a franchise with a recognizable name. It looked like it was some kind of utility room turned into a bathroom but keeping the industrial drains--ugh I cringe thinking about it. The bed was creaky and uneven. The sheets and towels were mercifully clean. The furniture was old, worn, mismatched. The walls had many dirty spots, even stickers people had put on them over time. I put up with it but don't plan to stay there again.

As others had said the sheets had cigarrete burn holes and did not look very clean. There were two of us in the room and we were provided with two towels and wash cloths. The only good thing was we just really needed a place to sleep and shower for two nights, so the room did provide that. And it was quiet at night and I did feel safe.

Not bad for the price

The place could use some overall updating, but the floor was filthy. My feet were black after walking around the room. For the price, it wasn't horrible. The bed was comfortable, the linens were soft, & the unlimited hot water for a shower was a Godsend after driving all day. The place just really needs some maintenance & cleaning. The staff was very nice.

The staff was very kind but the room was very run down. The shower faucet was falling out of the wall, there was dust and dirt on the light fixtures, paint peeling and cigarette butts outside every where. If you’re traveling as a solo female do not stay here. The clientele was shady.

I booked a few weeks in advance. When I arrived I was told no rooms were available for the specifications that I booked. I was offered an accessible room of the same type. I said okay and was then told none of those rooms were available either. They wanted to charge me the difference for the room I ended up getting. On to the room. Stink bugs on the wall and sun flower seed shells on the bathroom floor. You can even clearly see outside through the gaps around the door. I'm certain it will be a fight to get my deposit back do to the staffs mixups on my room. At least it was really quiet.

The staff were not helpful at all the room was nasty there was roaches crawling around everywhere the beds were all stained and there was bed bugs and when I got there they didn't have the room that I was served so I got stuck in a different room all in all that is an awful place to stay
