"Check in was a breeze with the MGM app. Staff was wonderful in assisting us in the right direction to the elevators to the rooms. Rooms were very nice. Everything was updated and clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. The location of the hotel worked well for our visit. We will definitely stay at this property again."

"Bright and airy feeling throughout versus other hotels that are dark and dimly lit. Beds were comfy and easy to navigate the floors. But no hot water kettle in rooms so must go downstairs for coffee/tea. Most restaurants were closed for lunch on a Friday so limited dining choices. Lapis Spa was nice and spacious but (1) lacked amenities like make up remover, face wash, wet bags unless you specifically asked the reception desk and (2) no tour of facilities/spa rooms was offered upon entry."

"We really enjoyed the Bellagio property. It was really nice that it did t have a strong smell of smoke like most hotels in Vegas have. We loved the pool area so much!"

"The hotel grounds are beautiful and the room is very nice. The bed was was very comfortable. The housekeepers cleaned our room every day and they were very friendly. The gym was nice, but not nearly big enough to accommodate the size of the hotel; it was very crowded every time we used it. My only complaint is there was no coffee available. I don’t believe I have ever stayed anywhere that did not have coffee in the room or lobby. We had to go down to one of the cafes and wait in a very long line each morning and pay 8+ dollars for a single coffee. I would have liked to think the 60 dollar daily resort fee would have covered the coffee."
