If life by the sea in the heart of Jávea Port seems like a holiday paradise, then you will want to stay at Casa Loreto. Hidden on a well-known street just steps from La Grava beach, this two-bedroom ground floor apartment is pure beach indulgence. Inside, the nautical aesthetic is combined with bohemian accents: polished wooden furniture, woven basket lamps, and beautiful glass and ceramic pieces scattered throughout. The star of the show is the inner courtyard with its traditional rough stone wall and tiled floor, the perfect refuge after a day of sun at the beach.
The best advice from JH: watching the sunrise on the beach, before taking a long walk to one of the many cafés to have breakfast by the sea... what a way to start the day!
Advice JH: Casa Loreto is located just 100 metres from Bay View. If you're coming with family, booking both could be a good option!
**Important Information**
1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund.
2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A €250 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded.

The location is as good as it gets close to the beachhead, restaurants and shopping. At the low season there were decent parking opportunities nearby. Everything was well maintained and clean. The only thing in need of improvement is the sofa which is quite worn out.

Excellent modern apartment
A very comfortable, clean apartment,with everything you need.
Including thoughtful essentials, for the beach and a picnic ,even an umbrella.
The apartment is right in the heart of the Port of Javea its the perfect location.
Some cushions for the patio chairs would be nice.

Stylish, shabby chic, well equipped with quality fittings fixtures and equipment, delightful
My father and I liked the fact it had two bathrooms, one with large, modern walk in shower which he needed. The apartment was light and airy and the interior courtyard perfect for hot days and seclusion after a busy holiday day. It is very well and stylishly eqipped with everything from nespresso coffee maker to dishwasher to washing machine. We loved the shabby chic decor. Everything looked almost new. The apartment is one street from the sea front which has many restaurants and cafes and beautiful views of the bay. The port is a lovely place to stay with lots of character and no high rises!
The beds were a little on the hard side for us, a mattress topped would solve this.
The shower could do with a shelf or rack for soap/ body wash etc and maybe a discrete handle to support the unsteady as many older people holiday in Javea.
Nice to have a TV but for me a pack of cards and a puzzle or two would be a good addition too.

Das Appartment punktet schon beim Hereinkommen ausserordentlich:

absolute Sauberkeit,
luxuriöse Ausstattung
- alles ist neu, alles äusserst gepflegt und lässt das Wohlfühlen im ersten Moment zu.
Was ich mir gewünscht hätte,wären:
1.
eine Begleitung ins Appartment und eine kleine Einweisung über die Besonderheiten gewesen, wie
Klimaanlage, Kochfeld, Sicherungskasten. Feuermelder, Standort von Waschmaschine,Putzutensilien.
2.
Eine Haustüre ohne Türgriff von aussen hätte das Verlassen der Wohnung und die Abgabe der Schlüssel ausserhalb der Bürozeiten sehr erleichtert.

Die angegebene Telefonnummer ausserhalb der Geschäftszeiten war nur mit dem Anrufbeantworter besetzt.

Un estupendo alojamiento en el Puerto de Javea
Nos gustó lo bien decorada y todos los detalles que hicieron una estancia maravillosa. Es una casa muy acogedora, con aire acondicionado en todas las estancias. La agencia muy amable y buen servicio.
Olor a tubería a pesar de todos los ambientadores repartidos por toda la estancia. El aire acondicionado del salón hace un ruido raro al arrancarse.
Pero en general todo estupendo.

En conjunto todo y nos han encantado los detalles colocados para el disfrute del tiempo libre (sillas playa, cesta picnic..).
Nuestra intención es volver.
Considero IMPORTANTE mejor algunas de las sillas de la casa. En concreto las cuatro de la mesita de la terraza.
El alojamiento carece de sillas cómodas en las que poderse sentar, tras un día de playa, a descansar y leer.
Solo está el sofá. Pero en ocasiones, si se quiere evitar poner el A/A el sofá resulta muy caluroso y una silla con recoge cabezas sería muy conveniente.
