Fantastic hotel and super convenient. Great room with lots of space and a lovely bathroom. Breakfast was amazing with loads of choice. Despite being part of the airport complex, can still be a bit of a walk to/from...plus entry is on the 2nd storey so directions from the airport can be a bit off.

Excellent experience, a great respite between long flights. We landed in terminal two and departed out of terminal three. Easy walk, great staff, clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable and shower was good. We weren’t there at the right time for breakfast buffet.

The front desk staff are excellent. Check-in is always super easy and friendly. The washrooms in the suites could use some love. Newer towels and better shower amenities kits (higher end shampoo, conditioner and shower gels) should be included for the cost of the room. There is also no soap dish by the wash basin so you end up leaving the soap bar in the sink to avoid a mess. The floor in the breakfast room needs a good wash, it’s very sticky. The hotel is very conveniently located in the airport. Great for a 1 night stay.

This is an outstanding airport hotel. The rooms are large and well laid-out, the front desk staff are friendly and engaging, and -- rare among airport hotels -- the restaurant offers excellent Indonesian, Chinese, and European food. Also rare among airport hotels, the fitness center is very good. It has two treadmills, several other exercise machines, weights, and lots of space for improvized exercise. If you want to just stretch your legs you can also walk from Anara over to terminal 3, which has a nice assortment of small and medium size restaurants, as well as small convenience stores. I have stayed now more than 10 times at the Anara. It's not just a very good airport hotel, it is an excellent hotel.
