Property is decent the staff hospitality is very friendly and great. But there are lots of areas that can be improved. They didn’t communicate well for airport pick up and drop initially they said it was free and then they charged saying it was done by a trainee; which is not acceptable if you want to run hotel professionally to high standards; lift timing program is very bad need to wait for min 3-4 minutes.

Le restaurant ou on prenait le déjeuner (3 ieme etage) etait peut-être un peu trop climatisé. Le linge avait parfois une odeur de poussière. A mon avis il devait être lavé en grande quantité et entreposé longtemps ensuite. Globalement j'ai bien aimé mon séjour. Au début on m'a refilé une chambre pour handicapés, j'ai demandé a changer le lendemain ce qui a ete accepté sans problème. Le personnel est très sympa et avenant. Il y a un indomaret pas loin a 4 minutes a pieds.

とても綺麗なホテルで感激しました！が、どこかの部屋でタバコを喫煙していたようで、部屋の中が毎日臭かったです。私は本当にタバコの匂いが苦手なので、とても辛かったです。タバコの匂い以外は完璧なホテルでした。次も利用したいと思いますが、次回タバコの匂いがしたら部屋を変えてもらおうと思います！
