However, sink leaks water whenever in use, wooden boards are terrorised by ants, hotel towels smells really bad, no hair dryer, hotel pool is greenish in colour and bedsheets and towels have stains.. lol it isn’t well maintained at all, just stay somewhere else.. hotel helped to spray some pesticide to kill ants but left wi try out even cleaning or clearing the corpses. "If you like to shop, great location between ciputra and central park malls. The apartments are cleaned regularly but furniture and interior/bathrooms was dated and a little dirty. Bedding and pillows great, cleaned daily. Great view of city. Wifi connectivity very poor, which the kids didn't like! Also, only one key for apartment for 5 people. Lots of pros and cons."

"the white light around lobby and around the hotel is not calming. the in-room safe was not working. the hotel is due for a refresh and refurbishment. I wish the staff can be more customer oriented and takes more initiative. They are courteous and warm, just lack initiative."

Convenient Location but Questionable Rental

"The place is clean and conveniently located within walking distance to the mall, with a nice environment. However, I have concerns about whether they are legally allowed to rent to guests. Since it’s not an official hotel, check-in is handled entirely through WhatsApp, and you may have to meet in awkward places for ‘check-in.’ Despite all this, they still collect a ‘deposit,’ so keep that in mind if you decide to stay here."

"The staff were great and the rooms cleaned well each day. The building though is a little dated and could do with remodeling. Outside was dirty and chaotic like most of Jakarta but this is not the fault of the hotel. Probably wont visit Jakarta again but if I did I would stay and the Menara Peninsular again."
