Le personnel est vraiment cool et gentil mais mon problème c’est avec le wifi c’est la pire connexion que j’ai eu en indonesie, ils ont deja eu des commentaires sur ça il y a plusieurs mois et je vois que rien a changé 🙄 Le wifi est OBLIGATOIRE pour un voyageur Sinon le buffet est ok et l’emplacement et le personnel est top

Convenient location in Central that is near everything that a traveller would need. Facilities are dated but well-maintained and managed. Breakfast buffet is pretty good. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I ended up staying here twice before leaving Jakarta.

Perfect hotel for your Jakarta stay. I wasn’t sure what to expect due to the very reasonable price but it was brilliant. It was my first time in Jakarta and just been travelling for 20 hours. They were really nice to let me check in a bit earlier so I could get a shower. Before this I could leave my bag, have a coffee and freshen up before going out to explore. The staff was sooooo friendly. You can ask them anything that you might need guidance on in this amazing city. The breakfast was brilliant! They have Indonesian food like nasi goreng or moe goreng but also some western choices like toast and eggs and the most amazing creamy macoroni cheese with mushrooms! You get some cut fruit and the staff are super nice to explain the Indonesian choices and encourage you to try new things. I had the green bean dessert what I would have never touched if I wasn’t encouraged and it was brilliant, also super traditional so great to have this experience . They have free shuttles to the train Gambit station in weekdays and also serve beer in the hotel restaurant at night. Tip:do take some earplugs as the air conditioning of your room and the next is pretty loud. The staff did ask if I slept ok and all was good. Perfect staff all of them!!

The photos on Expedia do not match the rooms or their condition. It was all very shabby and rundown. The experience was very disappointing. Even the gym didn't have the equipment in the photos. It seems like they took photos from another hotel and added them to this one. If you stay here you will be very disappointed. The price in no way matches the poor quality. The list is so long. The tv turned on and could not be turned off, etc.. Beware, or as they say in Indonesia Hati Hati

通りがわかりにくいのか 地図を見せても迷う運転手がいた。トランスジャカルタのバス停も距離的には 近いが 特有の交通事情で路を渡りにくいので 多分 タクシー利用を おすすめします。

リーズナブルで親切なホテル

他の方のコメントにもあるとおり、従業員がとても親切です。一生懸命助けてくれます。朝食もバリエーションがあります。 ただ部屋に窓がない圧迫感、蚊に何度か刺されたり、施設自体は値段相応と思います。 お安いホテルを探しているならお勧め出来ますが、部屋の快適さを求める方にはお勧めしません。

モナス近くの近代的なホテル

トランスジャカルタのモナス前の停留所から徒歩１０分弱のところにあります。ガンビル駅からぎりぎり徒歩圏内ですが、荷物があるならタクシーをお勧めします。非常に快適に過ごさせていただきました。近代的なホテルで、不便は特にないと思います。部屋に冷蔵庫がない（インドネシアのホテルには大抵ない）のですが、フロントに言うとすぐに氷を持ってきてくれました。朝食はビュッフェ形式で、２０種類くらいのメニューを楽しむ事ができます。果物をたくさん食べられるのが嬉しい。最終日は出発便の関係で早朝にチェックアウトする必要があると言うと、サンドイッチを作って持たせてくれました。スタッフさん達が親切すぎる…。基本サービス料は宿泊料に含まれているとはいえ、別にもっとチップを渡しても良かったというのが、唯一の後悔です。

very dirty rooms , cockroaches in our room. very noisy from other hotel guests.the food is horrible.for breakfast cold food almost no choice.choice of rice with some vegetables and mini pieces of chicken with more bone than chicken .the other thing we could choose was bread with a fried egg .i asked if they had fruit they didn't.for drink they only have old coffee and tea that had been standing for hours and water.there was nothing more.we are not fussy eaters but this was so bad and dirty that we ate outside the hotel.we were happy that we only stayed 2 nights. we had no choices our plane was only in 2 days and we had already pay.never ever again in this hotel. stay away from here.

La chambre est bien avec de bons lits mais ce qui me désole c est qu il y a 2 fenêtres qui ne servent à rien La 1ère fenêtre donne sur un mur noir et la 2ème fenêtre sur le couloir de l’hôtel De plus il est assez dangereux pour les personnes âgées de mettre la douche en plein milieu elles risquent de glisser et se casser la jambe. Il faudrait au moins prévoir un anti dérapant au sol

Efficient lodging in Jakarta

The hotel is very good (considering the price) facilities are basic but OK. Room a bit small but clean. 24 h food service. Well located, but immediate surroundings very poor.

After the 2nd nite, one of our rm experienced total black dirty water in the wc as well from the sprayed water. Water flow from the sink also very weak. We decided to check out and moved to another hotel as we hv another 2 more nights. Anyway to refund for tje rm with problem?

Lokasi & staff

Lokasi agak tersorok & supir grab agak mencari di mana. Agak jauh dari rumah makan. But staff very helpful & friendly. mau kemana2, staff nya bisa pesan grab. Kamar bagus sekali, makanannya pun enak :) Selesa tinggal di sini. Wifi laju.
