Quaint room for rent in a quiet community located on Westside of Jax Nice neighborhood 10 minutes from downtown Monthly rent is $65 a night with clean up fee and long term rates can be negotiated this includes electrical, water bills, & internet is optional and washer & dryer is included community has a park and pool.. clean up fee is required.
