"Everything about this location was beautiful. The staff was really kind and helpful. The room was great with the inside onsen being the highlight of the room. We especially loved the cute little characters decorations outside the hotel like Kuromi. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at and would definitely recommend if you are staying in Ito."

"The only comment about the stay was the pick-up service at Izu-kogen Station "

"Excellent accommodation, food, spa and service."

"Great hotel, not loads to do in surrounding area but good for a spa retreat"

"The room was very spacious, clean and new. I just wish they had cutlery and some cooking utensils, as they have a full kitchen. The onsen facilities are very good, and they also have sauna. The hotel is beautiful and the views fantastic. There is not public transportation to reach the hotel."

"Amazing historical hotel with famous golf course. Groups are well kept despite the old age of the resort. Nice pools and good food."

"Great location to experience a traditional Japanese Inn and Kaiseki! "

"Excellent service and spa experience. Also enjoyed the foods there"
