「We booked this hotel because of air conditioning, however the ac wasn't strong enough under heat wave, it's a basic hotel, no fridge, close to shopping mall and restaurants but it's quite noisy as it's next to the main road.」

「We had such a lovely time in Margate - huge part of this experience is down to super comfortable hotel suite with magnificent views on the beach and the sea . The suite was super clean and equipped with everything we needed for this short stay - it was such a lovely experience that I wanted to stay longer by a day or so . Unfortunately this highly sought after hotel was fully booked. It is a gem so I am not surprised … thank you to hotel staff and management for such a lovely experience . Joanna」

「町の中心部から坂道を上がって徒歩１０分くらい。ホテルの前に遊歩道があり、眼下にドーヴァー海峡が広がる。天気が良ければ海峡の向こうにベルギーやフランスがかすかに見える。部屋は清潔でスタッフも親切だった。」

「Lovley staff and good location. Continental breakfast included. Not a lot of choices but adequate.」

「Probably the nicest room we have stayed in despite spending 2 or 3 times more per night on other trips. Lovely spacious room in period property with exposed beams, brickwork and proper 4 poster bed. The quality of the renovation, and in particular the ornate marble/granite work in the bathroom, was exceptional. Add in a warm freindly welcome and it rates in the top handful of all time great stays.」

「The property was filthy, didn’t see anyone to complain to we collected the key from a building across the road. I have never stayed anywhere so dirty it can’t have been cleaned for months, one window was screwed shut and it was really hot. I have taken photos, I had to buy wipes to wipe over the surfaces but I didn’t do the floors which were also filthy.」
