Getting there was easy enough since they provide their own Makani transportation, 18 min later we were welcomed at the property with a very cold beverage. "The staff at the property was very attentive. Beautiful location. Property was a little run down and equipment such as pool noodles and life jackets need replacing and/or cleaning. Very little water for showering and no hot water. "

"Staff were mediocre. Island was beautiful! Transportation was a little unsafe. They drop you at the dock without parking the boat. They always seem in a hurry. I recommend to arrange transportation with the hotel not outside boats."

They go out of their way to be accommodating. The manager Tanya went around to each table to make sure eveyone was having a good time. We asked a few questions regarding the water situation. Many people commented that they should have water for guests. Well, Tanya explained this to us. Drinking water is liquid gold...
