"We loved our stay, this is only a short walk from Shinjuku which was really great and only round the corner from the metro. There’s a number of restaurants in the area as well as an Ichiran! The hotel is nestled into a corner away from the noise which was ideal. The property reception area is a little dated for a 4* hotel. The service, staff and amenities available were all great, would recommend staying here if in Tokyo! "

"Comfortable rooms with cozy bedding and convenient amenities like laundry and water dispensers. The bathrooms had some mildew hence the lower rating for cleanliness. The elevators sometimes took awhile as there are only 2 for the entire building. It was perfect for us location wise as we were arriving from a different prefecture and needed to be close to Narita express for our departure. The staff were very helpful with our luggage delivery and laundry service. There were lots of kombinis close by as well. It was a nice walk down to Shibuya and Harujuku. We would stay here again!"

"The room was small, but given that it’s Tokyo, we had already expected that. The housekeepers were friendly, but the front-desk officers could’ve been more helpful. When we arrived on the first day unsure of what the luggage drop-off procedure was, nobody came to help, and when we eventually approached someone for help, the interaction was a rather unfriendly one. That’s a small issue, however. The hotel is located in a very convenient area which made it very easy for us to get from place to place. It was also clean and comfortable, and value-for-money."
